Making ERP Operational - The Key Elements of ERP Success

Posted by MAX on Aug 31, 2017 12:22:38 PM

In ancient Greek days, the philosophers came up with 4 elements to divide up all the world: earth, air, fire, and water. In a similar manner, we have created 4 elements of ERP, successive levels representing the stages of successful ERP implementation. They are:

  1. Data Management
  2. Standardized and Shared Data
  3. Operational Philosophy
  4. Business Strategy

However, there is a 5th element that goes beyond these, a higher level of understanding that allow departments and the various functions of a business to work together collaboratively. In our recent webinar, we explored all of these elements, and 16 KPIs created to help businesses of many varieties understand their business easily. If you didn't catch our recent webinar, you can still learn the secrets of the 5 elements of ERP by watching this recording.
